How to achieve partner at a regional accounting firm?

I am about to start work at a regional accounting firm and want to know what I can do to achieve the level of partner. I am willing to put in more hours than everyone else and sacrifice. I will be getting my CPA soon and my MBA a few years down the road. Any suggestions?
